At CreedRobes, each robe is carefully prepared, packaged, and processed with attention to quality and accuracy. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or design selected at checkout

• Personal preference

• Ordering by mistake

• Shipping delays outside our control

Please review your order and size selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Production & Shipping Times

Each robe is made to order.

Production Time: 5–6 weeks

Shipping Time: 7–12 business days after production

Production and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your robe arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the robe and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed.
